even the use of nipple shield is painful n the creams seem to nt wrk its been so many days

Hi went through the same thing. In the early breastfeeding days almost every mom gets it so you are not alone. hugs. from my experience what worked was - for extreme pain a nipple shield. on a regular basis use lanolin cream - brand name is lansinoh or nipcare. these are safe creams also and you can still wipe it off before feed. Good luck. it'll get better soon 🙄

hi dear, use neha's techniques or nipcare cream. before feeding baby clean your breasts well. after feeding again apply. you can use a nipple shield till you get healed, but do not make it a habit..

see dear same things was with me that time I know it's so paining but when infront of my baby cry...I can't to see him ........I have to feed him.....in my sore nipple's... about crack nipple's I had consider with doctor they said apply on crack or sore nipple's Breastmilk....it's very fast to heal nipple's. keep on apply breastmilk milk after  every feed or for sometime open in air ...
