It's been a month of my pregnancy...I am having pain in my lower body with pain in legs, frequent urination, fatigue all day...what should I do?

These are commonly seen in pregnancy. Start calcium and folic acid with dha daily. Have plenty of water and green veggies. If you eat non veg have 2 egg whites atleast thrice a week or have masoor dal atleast 4 times a week. Take weekly Vitamin D for 6 weeks.

All these are very common symptoms of pregnancy. After 3 to 4 months you will feel a lot better. Some people get back pain n all very early some gets later.; Make sure you are taking vitamin D n calcium tablets.

Dear can u check with ur gyneac if u have any vaginal infection or if required do a blood test to check ur blood sugar levels...am not scaring you...but just trying to make sure if all ok. Also u can use a hot water bag and voilini or iodex massage for the pain in ur legs.
