Its been close to two weeks now that M has started school working full day. There was no fear if my child would eat , self feed at school because as a parent I trusted her hunger and respected her choice of quantity of food.
As a family , we eat together and the menu is elaborate with more veggies.
I was excited to pack lunch everyday.
I wanted to try the bento style.
It was easier to plan and cook since the family meals were similar.
The shallow dry fries are always close to 1tbsp or 2 tsp coconut oil or ghee/butter.
My idea of a meal box is, one staple , one no carb , one green or one yellow or red veggie. This is my template.
I see that include a lot of veggies in the box with equal carbs. Here I am sharing my lunchbox ideas with blend of pan Indian cooking with a fusion of Mexican and Italian.
