Its just 2 mnths now from my delivery..its a c section..When can I start doing yoga to keep fit?

hie dear..&#160; as of now just exclusively breastfeed ur baby..&#160; weight can b reduced later. breastfeeding itself helps in loosing weight :)<br> u can start with 15 to 20 mins walk <u>daily</u>
