Its my 12 weeks running iam suffering from insomania for past few days...What sud I do?

Try taking warm bath not quick one but at least 10 to 15 mins, then pamper your self with nice moisturiser. Keep your bed room light dim before 2 hrs of your sleep. don't use mobile phone.  try to sleep it's not good because when the pregnancy progress insomnia will be more.

I've finished 5 months.. Still don't get sleep every night! One thing I've learned is that the more u think about sleeping the lesser sleep you get. So I just keep my eyes closed find the most comfortable sleeping position and say OM or any gods name. Works for me most of the time. :)
