It's my 7th month going on, and I am facing acidity and heartburn a lot. Even whenever I had simple dal rice (varan bhat) I face acidity. Please give me solution or home remedies??

Don't worry. to start with include more of fluids like buttermilk, soups, fresh juices in your diet. avoid citrus fruits, spicy foods, fried and fatty foods. Include curd in your every meal. Snack on fennel seed as it help manage heart burns.

Take lots of water .. also avoid much intervals during meals.. avoid spicy food ..

hey sheetal. Acidity could be due to oily and spicy food. I would suggest you please try and avoid outside food. Also don't laydown immediately after food. Do some walking exercise. For home methods which work in favour of your health would be these Fennel or Saunf. Having around 1 teaspoon fennel powder with a glass of warm water relieves acidity and its symptoms like heartburn, bloating and improves digestion. [ ... Black Cumin Seeds. ... Cloves. ...
