I was actually quite proud of my little one when she took a bus ride happily all by herself from daycare and back from school at 12 pm and 3 pm on a summer afternoon! I was feeling sad about sitting at work but her school, daycare folks said she did so well. She even humored a couple of other kids who were crying!
