It’s NOT your fault.

Pregnancy loss is more common than you think and experiencing a miscarriage can be very traumatic for both parents. You may experience a wide range of emotions including shock, anger, sadness, irrational guilt and anxiety about future pregnancies.

The healing process after a miscarriage may take some time. If you have been through a miscarriage, remember that your feelings are normal.

Allow yourself to grieve the loss in your own way and at your own pace. Give yourself a chance to heal. Give yourself love and care as you cope with it. Pregnancy loss can create a sense of loneliness and void, but remember that you will come out much stronger.

It’s not your fault. You did and are doing great ❤️
