It's super tricky with a fussy eater. Here is my weekly meal plan for baby A. Hope some of you find it helpful!
Monday :

Bf: anda with milk and cheese

Lunch: methi roti with matar gajar mash

Snack: bread with almond butter

Dinner : veg Dalia
Tuesday:

Bf - aloo paratha with scrambled egg yolk and curd

Lunch - dal roti sabzi like lauki or kaddu

Snack - avacado

Dinner: khichdi
Wednesday:

Bf: dosa

Lunch: Dalia

Snack: apple puree

Dinner: daal paratha with sabzi and dahi
Thursday:

Bf: oats with apple and banana

Lunch: kaddu with roti

Snack:chikoo with formula milk shake

Dinner: anda bhurji with daal and roti
Friday:

Bf: fruit and poha

Lunch: tomato soup and bread

Snack: cheese and anda

@Priyanka Jaiswal they wont choke if given in small pieces. It is very important to give foods like this as early as 7 months, babies can very well chew foods with their gums.
