It's the lunar eclipse today and I am sure that you are all getting information from everyone regards the dos and don'ts.

Most important thing to remember is that an eclipse is a natural phenomenon and has no effect on the pregnancy.

Of course we cannot fight with the family members hence follow the instructions for the few hours just make sure that it is not harmful for you.

Things like do not touch a knife or pen or watch TV are all just fine.

But if you are thirsty and need to drink water or if you need to use the bathroom then that you can do as these if you avoid will make you uncomfortable and can even cause some harm.

It's fine to be at home and not look at the eclipse but absolutely not moving around is not recommended.

All the best

When I was pregnant there was an eclipse too. I did whatever I used to do on a normal basis. Nothing special. And it worked out fine. Do not be afraid by all the myths.
