u dont have fever .. u mus be feeling watm due to climatic change . if ur baby is unwell pls visit ur doc .. breast feeding is best for baby . dont worry .

hi you can continue feeding even if you have fever and you are taking fever medication. in fact if you have infection and you are feeding the baby you pass on the immunity for that infection to the child. so please don't stress
