rebecca : if ovulation is not occuring pcos will delay pregnancy ,so have treatment when you are young

bhavana , if you are insulin resistant you definetly need to lose weight a regular exercise program and healthy weight maintianace with a systematic life style and diet are very important , to prevent long term complications if necessary consult your doctor and do use metfromin
