Aditi is the Founder and Partner of Early Ears Education LLP working in the education sector since 2009 catering to kids up to 6 years of age through multiple offerings in the afterschool and in-school space with modules like Musical Bonding, MusiCanopy, Musicaalay, V-Bopp and Ogatu's World.
Early Ears, as the name suggests, Aditi believes that listening is a very important sense and skill. All their curriculum design revolves around this particular skill of the child. They work extensively to promote teaching methodology by using and exploiting a child's sense of hearing. Early Ears also believes in curating a bank of song collection, reading material and sensorial and tactile toys appropriate for that age group made accessible to all.
