सहजन के सब्जी और खास करके इसके पत्ते की साग , चटनी या किसी भी रूप में रोज के भोजन में शामिल किया जाए तो ये calcium supplementation के लिए काफी उपयोगी हो सकता है । अपने देश के socio-economic condition को देखते हुए भारत सरकार के health department के द्वारा इसे rural areas में campaign mode में promote भी किया जा रहा है मैडम !
