Talking about my FIRST MONTH...

My excitement level was very different..I was happy as well as nervous at the same time (yes the pic says it)....
Self caring is very important specially during first month.

We probably won't be noticing any changes to body just yet, but that doesn't mean there isn't a lot going on under the surface. At this point, it was important to prepare my body for pregnancy and childbirth by paying attention to your overall health and nutrition. This often means taking a multivitamin supplement like calcium and iron to make sure I have all the nutrients for me and my little one for the months ahead.

TALKING ABOUT BABY’S DEVELOPMENT during this month.

In the first month of pregnancy baby is an embryo consisting of two layers of cells. All the organs and body parts will develop from here. This month, the neural tube is developed which is the reason a supplement containing folic acid is crucial to prevent neural tube defects.

Pregnancy Symptoms which I faced during this month were.
-A missed period,
-mood changes,
-bloating,
-cramps,
-spotting,
-frequent urination,
-fatigue and constipation..
