Hey mommies.... How u manage ur kids lunchbox...I never take any Tension about Husband's lunchbox....But now very worried about my lil girl's lunchbox.... Every day I wakeup nd d first thought came in my mind.... What I give her in lunchbox 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I cook whatever she want to eat.....but just confused... Anyone who is going through this phase ....!!!!🤔🤔😕😕

So our school gave a list of healthy snack variations that we could give, when my lo was in Jr. Kg.  <br>
Mondays would be, any one of these options - Idly dhokla Dosa Wada etc<br>
Tuesdays would be poha, upma,  sabudana khichdi etc<br>
Wednesdays would be any rice variety or any sandwiches <br>
Thursdays would be Roti Sabji or any parathas variety and Friday waa the time for food of any choice. <br>
Daughter is in grade 2 now and I still follow this more or less, with slight variations like Moong daal chilla,  Moong daal Wada,  thalipeeth, pinwheel sandwiches <u>etc</u><br>
I found this very helpful. You can add your own healthy options.<br>
Key is variety with nutritious food. <br>
