Just now had nosebleeding while vomiting. What's it? Is there anything serious?
Don't wry it happens, even I also went through with it till 8th Month of pregnancy.

It must be bcoz of bodys heat, just put ice pack on nose and keep your face up, if bleeding does not stop then do visit doctor.. drink more water..
