Jyada samay khade hoke kaam karne se bhi leg pain hota hai. Aap rest kare, jyada Paani, juice, naariyal ka Paani, lassi pijiye. Nutritious food khayiyega. Aap pain relief cream or spray bhi use kar sakhthe hai. Aap Ko bahuth hi jyada unbearable ho tho doctor ke paas jayiyega.
