Kambu Kozhukattai..
Enjoying the Sunday evening with healthy snack!!..
This healthy and tasty snack is easy to prepare.
Ingredients :

Kambu or bajra flour - 1cup

Rice flour;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; - 1/2cup

Jaggery;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; - 1 cup

Coconut scrapped - 3 tablespoons

Cardamom; powder; - as required

Seasame seeds (optional);;;;;; - 1 tablespoon

Salt;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; - as required
Preparation :
1.Mix bajra flour, rice flour, cardamom powder, salt in a bowl

2. Make jaggery syrup separately and add this syrup to the mixture.

3.Add the coconut and roasted Seasame seeds. The dough should not be too hard or loose

4.Make Kozhukattai and keep it in the idly maker

for 10 to 12min
