We visited the place near irla it's called Dolphin Aquarium. It's so much fun the kids had a great time watching the fishes.. birds..rabbits turkey.. boating merry go round. Giant wheel.. it's a must visit for all in mumbai.. and reasonable but then a closed environment like playareas where we all end up going by default.
