Wheat and oats banana walnut muffins!!
Dry Ingredients
3/4 cup wheat flour

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

A pinch of salt

Chopped walnuts
Wet ingredients
1 big or 2 small ripe bananas mashed

5-6 tbsp powder sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 egg

5-6 tbsp oil
Method
1. In a bowl mash the bananas. Add sugar and oil and wisk it well so that a creamy mixture is formed. Then add egg and vanilla essence and beat it again but not too much, just that egg becomes fluffy.
2. Seive all the dry ingredients except oats and Walnut. Add oats and walnuts and mix.
3. Fold the dry ingredients slowly in the wet ones.
4. Prepare the muffin moulds by greasing them or using paper cups. Fill them 2/3 with the batter.
5. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Please check on them with a knife or skewer stick and let them cool before demoulding.

Dear <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @6247946051de3d0014c4c1ce </b></font> for eggless one mix 1 tsp vinegar to 1/2 cup milk and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes..then add mashed banana..oil and vanilla essence to it..all dry ingredients are same and need to be seived..then add it to this vinegar milk Wala mix and fold and bake..
