For baby Two baby hooded towels 6-7 jhablas 3 sleeping suits 2pair of mitten, booties n caps Cloth nappies/ disposable diapers 4-5 Swaddler  1cotton blanket Soap n lotion for baby Ear buds, nail clipper, nasal aspirator  Disposable wipes 4-5 towel hankies 3 bibs 2-3 quick dry sheets 1 Feeding bottle in case needed Lots of cotton squares made of old cotton saree or bed sheet for first few poops of baby. U can't wash this poop so better to use n throw these old cotton squares/ nappies. Some cotton balls Infant car seat( individual's choice) For mom to b All medical reports and insurance related documents I D cards 3 gowns( in case ur hospital doesn't provide them) 3 nursing bras Breast pads disposable 1 sarong or shawl  1 going back home dress( shd b a loose dress) Lots of Maternity pads( if hospital doesn't provide) Lots of disposable panties/ old panties Toiletries Sleeper 2 pair of socks Make up or grooming essentials  Camera Mobile and mobile charger I pad/ I pod for time pass Books/ magazine to read Snacks( if hospital allows outside food)
