tummy time tab tak dete hai jab tak baby khud se apne tummy par roll nahi kar paata ho... jab woh khud se tummy par roll hone lagjaye, phir hume tummy time dene ki zaroorat nahi hai, woh khud tummy time kar lenge... 😊

There is no time frame as such dear. Do it as long as you want. tummy time is good because it initiates movement in a child too.
