#kitchenhacks Chopping onions in the kitchen becomes a pain almost every time we do it. It actually happens because of high sulphur content in it which produces itching and then tears. A simple way to do this is to peel the onions and keep them dipped in lemon water for about half an hour before chopping. This will reduce it's bitterness and will make it easy to chop without tears.
