1 carrot, 1cucumber, 1 tomato, 2-3 tablespoon of homemade curd, 1 teaspoon of organic jaggery powder or sugar, a pinch of salt For tempering

Finely grate carrot, Cucumber, tomato add curd, jaggery, salt mix it well.
Tempering :
Now heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan add curry leaves, Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chili(optional) Let it crackle and pour on the grated mixture.
(optional); season it with coriander leaves, black pepper powder.
Serve it with parathas, khichadi, dal roti, pulls, dal chawal or Sabzi roti. Any seasonal can be added such as grated raw mango, reddish etc
