Avoid spicy and oily food..have warm water with lemon twice a day after meals..walk a bit after meals..lie down taking left side position..don't stay hungry and avoid chai..coffee..have curd in diet and also include ajwain..

Avoid the food that causes gas in you. Add cumin and ajwain in water and drink to aid you in digestion.
