Kudumulu / Undrallu . Happy Vinayaka Chavithi . Vinayaka Chavithi is one of my fav festivals since my childhood. There are lots of fun from inviting Lord Vinayaka to home, preparing naivedyam and puja. Since my childhood, this is the first recipe we prepare at home for Lord Ganesha. Which is completely healthy and oil-free. It's the simple, easy, delicious and healthy recipe. . Ingredients: . 🙏 Rice flour - 1 - 1 1/2 glass 🙏 Jaggery - 1 glass 🙏 water - 1/2 glass 🙏 Cardamom powder - pinch 🙏 desiccated coconut - 1 tsp 🙏 ghee - 1 tsp . Method : . 🙏 Add water to the wide bowl, once the water starts bubbling add jaggery and once the jaggery melts and bubbling adds rice flour, cardamom powder, coconut and mix well switch off the flame. Once it cools down apply ghee to hand and make round sized balls and fist shape. Steam them In Idli plates for 10 min. Serve hot or cold. . Source: Amma Storage : 3 days Time: 20 min Serves: 15-20 . First, add water in limited and adjust the rice flour consistency as per the water. The dough should look like chapathi dough.
