Better to start oats a bit later. And you can give this one.

Start oats after some couple of months.. 7 month is early.. right now give puree fruits and vegetables.. curd yogurt. Add ghee in vegetables . Start with rice khichadi.. start oats by 9 months.. easy to digest by then..
