Last few weeks had been quite hard on my health. I was thinking to myself that I have been eating right and healthy and was doing yoga.
After having baby our body becomes vulnerable and it's so important to continue with the mulvitamins, health drinks along with good diet. Not fatty but healthy nutritious diet.
So here are some important things to keep in mind especially if you are a new mom : .
1.Get regular health check-ups and blood tests done to ensure there are no deficiencies which later put you at risk of bigger health concerns and deseases.
2. Take at least one health supplements like multivitamins etc prescribed by doc. And health drink especially for breastfeeding mums. This is ghe biggest mistake I made of stopping with my health supplements. But better late than never!
3. If you work on computers or phone for longer hours-Try to keep the lights on and wear anti glares glasses. Leaen from my experiences.
I feel these things often get ignored but are so important. If you take care of your health at an early age, you're less likely to face problems at an older age.
