A baby which is transverse at the time of birth will not be able to deliver vaginally. Try sitting with a wide leg position and walking which will provide movement and gravity for the head to move down. Also try lunges especially on the side that the baby's head is. You will need to repeat the exercises a few times a day especially when you feel fetal movements which means baby is awake and can assist as well.
