Learning is Fun!!
Balloon powered cardboard cars.
This is what we made using our @amazon.in cardboard. #Shanshau had to make an article to learn about the 3 R's.. Reuse ,Reduce ,Recycle for their school!! We could have made something decorative with plastic bottles ,CDs, but then momma wanted to make something that moves and would also teach them Science ..after all the engineer in Mumma takes over at times :):) So we reused our Amazon cardboard box for the base and we decorated with ice cream sticks .Also the wheels are from.their old car collection.They are placed using wooden sticks and straws .
Then stick a balloon on a straw and stick on the base..and it's ready.A moving car!! Fill air in.the balloon ..hold it and place on.the floor and it starts moving .
The air in the balloon forces the car to move forward. Newton's third law demonstrated with this simple car..Every action has an equal and opposite reaction!! I am sure this will help young minds to think wider !!Do try it out and see how the kids will enjoy racing their cars .
