LEARNINGS FROM FIRST TRIMESTER



Hello mommies here are my experiences regarding MY FIRST TRIMESTER i had.


Initially before i came to know about confirmation to my pregnancy i was getting many changes in me. At that point of time i didn't recognise the reason but afterwards i came to know everything.



SYMPTOMS::


🤰 Missed periods.

🤰 Getting tired frequently even after having food.

🤰 Unable to walk or wander for more time.

🤰 Giddiness and vomiting sensation.

🤰 Some changes on face like pimples.

🤰 Feeling unwanted smell from kitchen like bad odour.

🤰 Always likely to lay on bed and relax.



TO BE MOMS::. When you come across the symptoms immediately consult doctor and get tests done. You can even check at home pregnancy test but consult doctor too for confirmation.



EARLY ADVICES::After confirmation



🤰 Relax as much as possible.


🤰 Most women feel morning sickness in the early days. So have coconut water or lemon water for relief.

🤰 Be happy and healthy.


🤰 Take only home made foods that too healthy.


🤰 Eat dry fruits and nuts.


🤰 Have all fresh fruits and vegetables.


🤰 Take one egg Dialy.


🤰 A feeling like bloating or indigestion or gas may be suffered. To be relieved have plenty of fiber intake and fluids Dialy.


🤰 Eat frequent smaller meals throughout the day. Have some walk after meals. Don't lay down immediately after having food.



🤰 Drink plenty of fluids like fresh fruit juice , coconut water and normal water.



🤰 Dialy walking would be good for few minutes. But take advice of your gyneac before starting as they would advice based on your health condition.


🤰 Listen to soothing music.


🤰 Take naps whenever you feel like to have rest.


🤰 Have atlest one hour gap between dinner and going to bed.


🤰 Take care of your health atmost at this point of time because it's very crucial in the first trimester to be very attentive towards your food and work to be done.



DONTs::


🤰 Don't be stressed.


🤰 Avoid fast foods, junk foods and oily foods.


🤰 Avoid papaya and pineapple completely.


🤰 Don't take bottled or readymade juices.


🤰 Don't skip or fasting during pregnancy.


🤰 Don't take any drugs with out doctor's advice.


🤰 Don't lift any heavy weighed things.


So these are my advices to all TO BE MOMS.
