What you need? 2 cups Mushroom
1 tbsp Ghee
2tbsp Garlic
2tbsp Fresh cream
3 tbsp Onion
2tbsp Spring onion
Salt to taste
Pepper
2tbsp Lemon
Fresh coriander
3cups Water Method 1. Heat Ghee in a pan, add mushroom and cook till it gets dry. 2. Remove mushroom from pan, and add garlic, onion in the same oil and cook. 3. Add mushrooms, water and bring it to a boil and simmer it for 15 to 20 Mins. 4. Add lemon, salt, pepper, spring onion, cream and it's done. Enjoy hot!
