I have started doing exercise and yoga. Trying to have proper diet, including more local fruits , cutting all package food items, no junk food, a big No to cold drinks, most of times I eat home made food. I will never think of going under cosmetic surgery.

I have personally never wanted to do it. I have accepted my body that has changed after two child births. I do however realise the importance of exercise and good diet that I have maintained. This is not to look like how I was before but to keep myself healthy to look after my children better.

hi Anon. some very good answers here. again as everyone said I don't see plastic surgery as the solution to weight loss post pregnancy if that is what you are looking for. in fact I don't see plastic surgery as the solution for weight loss at any time in your life. unless you are in the seriously obese range which poses health hazards and hence you have to go for bariatric surgery ala adnan sami. if it's cosmetic reasons you have to undergo the knife,  I would still say think it over. talk to experts in the field who can guide you well if you want to change your features say for eg. again i would still say unless there is some major disfigurement or severe burns then yeah it's fine I guess. but again it's your personal choice. if you think that will give you happiness then go ahead.  as you said you have tried everything you could lay hands on, i would still suggest don't give up. losing weight is not difficult at all unless you have a health problem which requires medical intervention. I have done that twice in my life. once before pregnancy since I had a debilitating knee issue which was hampering my profession and once after pregnancy since I wanted to get back to my pre pregnancy body. the second is still work in progress as I am 9 months post partum. But both times I didn't gym or take any crash diets and both times I managed to shed 16 kilos. but it takes time. it took me a year the first time to get to that fitness level. the second time round I am still working at it and it's hapening gradually. I would love to help you out in case you are interested. but if you still want to go ahead with the plastic surgery do it by all means but also realise that everything has consequences both good and bad and sometimes we won't be able to anticipate either :) take care!
