( 29th October) When I became mother I started hunting healthiest food for my kiddo , and the best thing I got was OATS , he love to eat oats porriage and it is also helping me in weightloss. Here are some details sharing with you guys what I learnt in this year. 29 October 2017 is a day to enjoy one of America's favorite breakfast food. Oatmeal comes from oats grain , a cereal grass. Oats are rich in carbs & fiber but also higher in protein & fat compare to other grains.They are also very high in many vitamin's & minerals. There are many types of oats available in the market. 1) Steel cut oats
2) Rolled oats
3) Quick oats There are many health benefits of eating oats. *It helps to lower cholesterol level & prevent heart attack.
*It can also improve blood sugar control.
*It also helps to reduce weight.
*It help to maintain good skin care.
*It help to decrease asthma problem.
*Good constipation reliever. Wonderful health benefits for babies and perfect pregnancy food. * Good way to build brain power.
* Best way to soothe digestive system and prevent constipation and bowel inconsistency.
*Once baby is about 6 months old then it is very important to start giving oats in a porriage form it helps to provide your baby growing need of zinc & iron. You can also have oats in different form like biscuits , cookies , muffins , breads , pancakes , porriage with fresh fruits , dalia with fresh veggies.
