“Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you’ll look back and realise they were the big things.”

Even after a super tiring day filled with work, household chores, client calls, messy feedings and poopy nappies,
When we are too tired to move, to talk and could just crush into the bed for the much needed sleep...
He would never fail to ask me "How was your day?"
And for most of the days I can't do better than " It was fine. The usual. Nothing exciting!"
But deep down my heart I'm so grateful, so so grateful for all the little things!
That extra in our ordinary that makes this life so worth of living!

My baby comes giggling at me when she sees me enter her playschool door, she knows momma's there to get her. And even after one whole month, almost everyday I can feel my eyes getting moist seeing that smile on her face when I'm around. Every night we tuck her to sleep, and even on the busiest of my days I sing her a lullaby, only to watch her fall asleep in my arms. But I know I could do that forever, everyday, every night. When he walks through that door every evening, and gives us that warm hug, it makes me feel so special. It's the moment we wait for all day long, and however hard life has been, I know we are gonna be fine. All is good, and nothing else matters!

In these ever moving world, busy and rushed,
Where we are too engulfed into our worries and miseries,
Successes and failures,
Everyday ordinaries, monotonous routines...
And we often don't bother to look at the little things.
But when you really search inside your heart, your thoughts...in your moment of quiet and peace..you realize that it's always the little things that makes the biggest place in our hearts.
Not the bold and boisterous moves, not the mega success or the grand events we run behind,
But the tiniest of emotions, the seemingly insignificant things on the busiest of your days,
A warm hug when you most needed it, or that smile which makes your day...
