hello Khyati mam.. my baby is now 8 mnths old. i hv develped fissure post pregnancy. my height is 5" 1 and weight is 60 kg. aftr delivery, i ws looking very thin for initial 2/3 months and later i started to put on. especially d tummy n upper arm, having trapped lot of air. i hv joined gym. its been 45 days but der is no change in my weight. its 60 kg. plz help me to reduce my weight.
