Let us Kick Butts with our own MomStar Aditi Manja! We are back with Live Q&A with our own MomStars. Aditi is an upcoming personal weight loss mentor. She herself has an interesting fitness journey . Her fitness mantra is ' Be patient with yourself.' So true, isn't it? Success comes only with consistency.

Aditi Manja an engineer turned dancer and a yogi by profession , began her weight loss journey when she was forced to take a sabbatical thanks to an injured knee. The remedy was to lose the excess weight and get fitter. She went from 72 kg to 56 kg in one year with the help of a dedicated diet and exercise regime. From hating workouts to enjoying them she has learnt that motivation is the biggest factor in losing weight.
Having faced frustration, anger, self denial and finally success in her journey, she has come to believe that when one puts their mind to a job, it is possible to achieve anything.
Despite having been diagnosed with PCOD as a teenager she is now mommy to an energetic 9 month old. Her daughter ensures she gets enough workout in the day though she still misses the serenity of her yoga mat. She plans to flaunt her pregnancy stretch marks with pride.
