My son is 17 months old... He doesn't take any form of fruits.... He eats only apple that too only with oats in the form of omelette or porridge... He hates banana and all other fruits.... Pls suggest me some ways to give him nutritious food... He like fried food only like French fries and cutlet... If he eats one dish today... He won't eat it the next day.... He doesn't dribk juices also pls help me out....

Hi Sneha. Your toddler is going through Food jag. When a child like one thing one day and other thing other day. The risk is child doesn’t enjoy the array of nutrients and have poor nutrition. Make your French fries more nutritious with sweet potatoes fries or carrots fries. Make your cutlets more healthy with wholesome grains veggies and good fats. Your job is to offer nutritional meal and your child’s job is eat the same. Ensure 5-6 healthy food varieties And offer them wisely.
