# Long post #; # Lessons motherhood; tought me # ; Taking care of urself doesn't mean ur selfish , plz; get a life . If ur not fit how will you take care of your baby . I always knew this but knew planed to implement it on myself as a result I cannot carry vivu and walk or climb stair and can't get up without support . Ohhh did I mention I have got major back ache and x ray says reduces gap is intervebral may be due to 3 injection on spine during c session or god knows the reason; . So it's never too late so mommies plz think over it; #Tips #;; *Always sit straight, do not sit with bending back . Better sit on a chai if u can't sit straight; *Never bend to feed baby bring baby towrds yourself rather.; * Back stretching is must . * Someone told me dont use pillow ull get feel relief in back pain lets try and see that .; * Warm water bath and always pour warm water on legs and back I feel alot of relif on pain (though it's just for 1 hr but still ) *Light yoga can be done (ask ur gynec); * Have ull heard about Walk and talk...yes yes an advertise had the pinch line .. implement that .. I'm sure many new mummy must be either away from hubby or away from mother sis brotherand there would be lots lots of phone call so y now walk and talk .slow walking is also ok . So rule hence forth Walk and talk.;; * Try to be more mobile don't take advantage on name of delivery 🤣🤣🤣🤣which most of us do.; * Coming back to food mommies as I said donot take advantage of delivery and eat foods. Breastfeed doesn't require tons of calorie.;; Next post on food , stay connected.; Plz help me tag;
