💜Almost wordless picture book. A myriad of different readings possible with this one.
💜 Lovely illustrations - Be it the giraffes or the chamaeleons, we love that the illustrations arent too cartoonish and almost real.
- Underlying message. Bobo goes and asks different animals for a hug, implying its okay to express oneself, and physical expression of affection is important.
Also, I love that all the animals come together to help Bobo. Friendship and no prejudice.
💜Side note, this is baby Vs favourite read now. And i get a minimum of 40 hugs throughout the reading.
Bobo, the chimp has become a favourite character in our house, so much so that all monkeys are called bobo now by babyV!
