M 11 week pregnent Nd dibatic Nd tyraid also.mujhe macjest 100 week m one injection lgta h.which is very painful my legs Nd back paining.i used ice cube on it .but not relief .any suggestion

Use a back support pillow, keep your legs elevated. Rest well. Drink lot of fluids. Walk after each meal to feel active.
