Hi this is part and parcel of pregnancy dear. It happens with all pregnants. The food you love become taste less and something you never liked becomes your favourite. So please relax, if you feel food is not good and all, then also you need to eat for sake of you and your baby. Drinking water, butter milk, tender coconut water, fresh fruit juice are all good. Eat fruits, vegetables salad. Eat Ajwain after every meal. Drink ajwain Jeera boiled water it helps in digestion.
