Hello.. <br> Congenital Talipes Equino Varus (CTEV) for short is commonly known as clubfoot. This is a condition where a child presents with either one or both feet pointing downwards and turns inwards.&#160; There are two types of CTEV-&#160; postural and structural. in postural only muscles will be involved which can be treated by fequent casts.. in structural the joints or bones are involved, in some major deformity sugery will be needed..&#160; first of all it is nothing to co-relate with any other mental disabilities.. usually the cause of club foot is Big baby like more than 4kg with less space in uterus.. or small uterus with big baby.. and other cause is Genetical one.. that can be well known by you.. so, it is not the time to worry about this, just make sure to provide baby healthy environment inside, like stop thinking negative, be calm and stay positive.. dont worry much.. let us hope for the best outcome..
