m 30 weeks pregnant having small dots of red colour over my right hand ..no reaching just red bump .what is it do I need to go to Dr ..
It's normal nothing to worry. If u want u can consult it gyno. During pregnancy some pigments will appear and then disappear... Likewise bumps, itching, these are all common.
