Exercise need to bone under the guidance of an expert who is trained in prenatal yoga. Walking is also beneficial. You can take up the form of exercise, that your are conformtable with. keep your doctor in the loop as well from time to time. Read a few article on exercise during pregnancy and its benefits on Babychakara app and do follow me for experts opinion. I hope this helps
