M a c section mother, MA lil girl born on 11 jan she will complete her 3 month after 2 days
I want to know that Can I play batminton or do any exercise
Actually still I get dizzy and tired very soon
Plz suggest when I get started my daily routine work
She z taking lactogen 1 milk power and her weight is 4.8 and one of my friend’s son weight z 4.5 in his 1.7 month
Could it be less ???
Ma pregnancy period was very tough I was admitted 17 tyms in dis journey I was only eating 3biscuits and two oranges in a day sometimes a chapati too
I gain only 6 kg weight in entire duration and still after 3 months my diet is 1 chapati 3 tyms in a day
Plz give me some nutritious links and some link which z useful for ma lil girl
