Headache and vomiting may be because of stress or migraine if u already have or gastritis or may because of heat . First of if possible check your blood pressure and take proper rest and maintain hydration

Your body needs rest. Take calcium and iron tablets daily. Take healthy diet. Add dry fruits in your diet. Drink lots of water. Lemon water. Take ample of rest. If vomiting persist for longer time consult doctor
