M baby is going to be 4 months old but his motion is over soft loke loose motion but hr passes only once or twice a day. he is completly on breastfeeding. Is it normal or shall i consult doctor
If the loose motion is absolutely watery then you need to see a pediatrician once because of the seasonal changes if it is very watery then mild antibiotic will be started and also if you are feeding from bottle make sure that it is cleaned properly as well as it is not kept open with milk
