m currently at 8w4days n feeling my nausea to wear out a little. but the fatigue n constipation at the peak..hv my next appointment on 21st so also getting paranoid wondering whether the Rainbow baby is fine or not.....
anyone else going thru the same????

Krutika,you must be feeling that metallic kind of taste always in mouth. I lost around 10 KGS that time. It's okay, just keep drinking enough water, sip by sip. Keep fresh citrus fruits with you like oranges, kiwi, strawberry, these are healthy and fun to munch on plus will help you manage that weird taste in mouth. You can keep anwla candies in mouth too. If that's not available then take an amla, cut into slices, on hot tawa just roast them for some time, sprinkle little sugar or honey with some rock salt, tastes amazing. <br>
For constipation-ask your doc if you can take lactifibre at bed time, I was recommended during first trimester due to severe constipation. If your bowels are fine, it will take care of gas to an extent. Stay positive, babys gonna be superfine!

Eat lot of fibre rich food, sprouts, lentils, legumes, dates, drumstick, greens, peas, Brocoli, beets, and plenty of fluids to help you out to prevent constipation.<br>
For Nausea eat breads or biscuits as soon as you get up from the bed, to help you out in Nausea...
